Join us Wednesday, September 30, 2026 to celebrate our 82nd Annual Meeting! This years' annual meeting will be an open house style held at the new Carroll County Agricultural Center, located at 1029 Countryside Drive NW, Carrollton, OH 44615 from 11:00 am-6:00 pm. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at noon and awards presented. Come visit with us and a variety of our conservation partners! Refreshments will be offered throughout the day.

Election Legal Notice and Voting Procedures
Election Period: September 8th—October 7th
The Ohio Soil and Water Conservation Commission will cause an election of Supervisors of the Carroll Soil and Water Conservation District (Carroll SWCD) to be held in accordance with Chapter 940 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Two (2) Supervisors will be elected to a three (3) year term commencing January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2029. The candidates are Byron Shankel and Todd Warner. Eligible voters include all owners and occupiers of land at least 18 years of age or older within Carroll County. All eligible voters must certify their status by signature on the ballot application.
Beginning September 8, 2026, eligible voters can either vote in-person or absentee:

please visit the Carroll SWCD office during normal business hours between September 8th and October 7th, or at our Annual Meeting on September 30th from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Carroll County Agricultural Service Center, 1029 Countryside Drive NW Carrollton, Ohio.
