Fish Fingerling and Tree Seedling Sales 

Below you will find order forms for our tree and fish sales. Click on the file link to download the form. After you fill out the order form it can be mailed or dropped off to Carroll SWCD (1029 Countryside Dr. NW, Carrollton, OH 44615). Payment must accompany your order. Checks can be made to Carroll SWCD or bring exact change.

• Buyers must bring their own container lined with an unscented plastic bag, filled 1/3rd full of their own fresh pond water
• Please do not place lids on containers.  Simply use a twisty tie or twine to close the plastic bag.
• 1 five-gallon bucket per 100 fish/Amur & Koi require 1 bucket per 4 fish/Minnows require 1 bucket per 1000 fish
